APPLICABLE REMARKS
• Regarding the low safety status of the sports fields it is necessary to take major steps to standardize these fields.
• It is also mandatory for the sports equipment to have high quality and meet the required standards to prevent and decrease injury incidence.
• Ministry of Sports authorities as well as the officials in Ministry of Education should cooperate in this regard and take into account the latest findings of the scholars for more concrete and palpable improvement to take place.

• Both types of resistance training on land and water can improve fat metabolism and some factors involved in the process of reverse cholesterol transport, the process of beneficial effects on patient recovery after coronary artery bypass surgery and therefore, this type of training is recommended on the part of the rehabilitation of the patient.

• High intensity interval training (HIIT) increases hippocampal BDNF gene expression that is benefit for trained subjects.
• It is recommended that trained subjects consume the flaxseed oil supplement with HIIT; because this combination has more effect on hippocampal BDNF gene expression compared with HIIT alone that trained subjects derive a benefit from this over-expression.

• Best talent identification techniques can be designed. In this context, leading nations in the field of talent identification can be modeled, including the US and Russia.
• Basic teams should be formed by talents in different age groups, this will, in addition to fostering talent; provide the conditions for having powerful national teams.
• The government should allocate more resources to sports federations, and the federations themselves must also use from the huge industry of sport to generate revenue.
• The use of foreign elite coaches in national teams will transfer their experience and knowledge to domestic coaches, as was the use of foreign elite coaches as one of the most important factors in the development of Iranian football and volleyball.
• Modern sports facility and equipment should be provided for national teams. In cases where there is no vehicle or tool for training or competition inside the country, it should be purchased from other countries.
• In order to compete with the first world countries, the coordination of domestic federations is necessary. For this purpose the multidisciplinary sports tournament, in which weaker national teams sit together with stronger national teams, it will be very useful.

APPLICABLE REMARKS
• Application of marketing activities causes marketing organization of national federation of collegiate sport to have a good harmony with other departments of the federation and stakeholders (supporters, students and staffs). It also makes marketing information system easy to access and thus it can perform marketing research for measuring customers' satisfaction.
• Use of marketing tools allows the federation managers to perceive marketing and to provide a proper website for better communication with customers and stakeholders. Furthermore, the federation should attract experienced staffs with marketing thinking and they should be well-trained.
• Implementation of marketing activities in national federation of collegiate sport causes better communication of the federation brand with customers (supporters, staffs and students). Moreover, managers are encouraged to acquire marketing knowledge, to implement marketing strategies of the federation and to manage favorably financial sources.

• It is suggested that At least a week before competition, athletes should significantly reduce their training levels.
• Since there is not any difference between 50% with 75% reduction in volume of training, so it is better to reduce 50% of volume for tapering. Because it seems that its psychophysiological benefits are better than 75% volume reduction, giving the athletes a time to recover without having to stop training.
