The rest of the article varies according to the type of article you are submitting but generally includes the following headings: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Applicable Remarks, References, and Ethical Considerations.
Acknowledgments, Financial Disclosure, Funding/Support, Author’s Contributions, Role Of the Sponsor, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use must be inserted on the manuscript's first page.
INTRODUCTION
This should summarize the purpose and rationale for the study. It should neither review the subject extensively nor contain data or conclusions. Also, the Author(s) should declare the objectives/aims of the study.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
This should include the exact method of observation or experiment (Should be subdivided into Study Design, Participants/Patients/Animals, Tools/Reagents, Blood Sampling, Training Protocol, Data Collection, ...). If an apparatus is used, its manufacturer's name and address should be given in parentheses. If the method is established, give a reference; but if the method is new, give enough information so that another author can perform it. If a drug is used, its generic name, dose, and route of administration must be given. Statistical methods must be mentioned, and any general computer program must be specified. The Info system used should be mentioned.
RESULTS
It must be presented in text format, tables, and illustrations. The contents of the tables should not all be repeated in the text. Instead, a reference to the table number may be given. Long articles may need subheadings within some sections (especially the Results and Discussion parts) to clarify their contents.
DISCUSSION
This should emphasize the present findings and the variations or similarities with other work done in the field by other workers. The detailed data should not be repeated in the discussion. Emphasize the new and essential aspects of the study and the conclusions that follow from them. It must be mentioned whether the hypothesis mentioned in the article is true or false or if no conclusions can be derived.
CONCLUSION
The conclusion of a journal article is critical. It must remind the reader why the article was written in the first place, reprise the argument without repeating it ad nauseam, deal with the So What and Now What questions, and avoid clichés.
APPLICABLE REMARKS
It is different from the conclusion. The author(s) must suggest application(s) of the study's results for the population. In other words, the author(s) need(s) to prescribe some functional notes based on the exact findings of the study.
REFERENCES
The references should observe the Vancouver style. Vancouver, a numbered style, follows the rules established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. It is better to use EndNote as a citation manager; its source must be attached during manuscript submission.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATION
Authors reporting experimental studies on human subjects must include a statement of assurance in the Materials and Methods section of the manuscript reading that (a) informed consent was obtained from each patient included in the study and (b) the study protocol conforms to the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki as reflected in a priori approval by the institution's human research committee.
Studies involving animal experimentation assure that all animals receive humane care according to the criteria outlined in the "Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals" prepared by the National Academy of Sciences and published by the National Institutes of Health (NIH publication 86-23 revised 1985).
