The second page has to contain the manuscript title, abstract, and keywords.
 
Title:

• It must be the same as the title on the first page.

Abstract:

• An abstract of 150-250 words should be provided to state the reason for the study, the main findings, and the conclusions drawn from the observation.
• Abstracts of original articles and brief reports should be structured under the following headings: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Applicable Remarks.
•  The Case Reports should follow these headings: Introduction, Case Report or Case Presentations, Conclusion, and Applicable Remarks.

Note: The "Applicable Remarks" are used for the site and can help make the article more researchable. You need to prescribe some functional notes based on the exact findings of the study.

Keywords:

• A list of 5-10 keywords must be provided for indexing purposes.
• All keywords should be provided according to MeSH terms at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/MBrowser.html. 
• The "MeSH Heading" indicates the preferred expression, not "Entry Term."
• The desired terms may then be copied from the MeSH Browser.
• Another way to find appropriate headings is to search PubMed for articles on similar topics and review the MeSH headings assigned to those articles.
