APPLICABLE REMARKS
• The sample consisted of women athletes who represented and retired from Sri Lanka's national teams competing in the South Asian Games, the Asian Games, the Commonwealth Games, and the Olympic Games from 1995 to 2016.
• Women athletes who represented and still have not retired from the national teams in Sri Lanka in each above-mentioned game and women athletes who have businesses were excluded from the sample.
• Women athletes who are living outside of Sri Lanka were not taken as the sample.
• Contextual variables such as level of education, age, social class, and marital and motherhood status influence the perceptions of the role of the variable factors in forming the GC.
• Perceptions of organizational good practices against GC would promote equity in women's advancement.

• This study finds that they compare changes in pulmonary function and respiratory muscle, according to diaphragm breathing exercise methods.
• It was concluded that the crocodile breathing method was more effective than the incentive spirometer and DNS breathing method for improving pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength.

APPLICABLE REMARKS
• Physical literacy is an important variable in explaining women's participation in sports. Therefore, more serious, systematic, and collaborative efforts need to be made to increase physical literacy in women's groups.
• Socioeconomic variables are not correlated with physical literacy in women. Therefore, promotive and preventive efforts to increase women's participation in sports do not need to consider socioeconomic factors. This means that sports activities need to have campaigned at all levels of society regardless of socioeconomic background.
• Physical health as a result of sports activities has been shown to have a direct effect on women's psychological well-being. Therefore, sports activities can be an alternative solution for women in maintaining and improving their mental health.

• Coaches need to have access to several types of training that develop fencers' speed. In this study, we also described the complete training method.
• This research supports that the sets of specific and nonspecific exercises included in fencers' training improved their speed at the level of upper and lower limbs.
• Also, the electronic devices used for testing and developing the speed were practical and efficient.

• This study is a method for preventing skeletal muscle diseases in office workers, and it can be said that the combined application of flexibility exercise and core exercise brings about a good prognosis.
• Changes by 4 weeks were measured for 12 weeks, and it was confirmed that changes appeared from 8 weeks and were maintained until 12 weeks.
• In the basic study setting, the exercise application of at least 8 to 12 weeks is considered to be a better study.
