• The number of rotations is a key predictor of the final score in men´s competition. The relation between these two variables is quadratic. This means that there is an optimal number of rotations from which the final score starts to decrease.

• Mean hip flexion angle in athletes with AE-LBP was significantly different to the control group, as was the mean angle of knee flexion so it is recommended to flex knees more while jump-landing in the training sessions.
• Mean lordosis angle while standing in the group with AE-LBP was significantly higher than in those without LBP, so we recommend cognitive functional exercise therapy to realign the spine in more dynamic positions.

• Regarding anthropometric properties, Rugby :::::union::::: forwards are significantly taller than backs at the elite level. The lower the classification level, the smaller the height difference between forwards and backs.
• Across all levels, the forwards are significantly heavier than the backs reflecting the demands of each playing position.
• As the level increases, so does the speed of the backs in sprints.
• Regardless of playing level, the backs performed significantly better in sprints and attained higher jump values than the forwards.
• In contrast, forwards achieved higher 1RM results in lower and upper body strength assessments.
